Self-awareness and Self-regulation

This theme provides an introduction to some key ideas regarding self-awareness and self-regulation. It outlines approaches to help us observe our feelings non-judgementally and be more self-aware, the place of stress and some ways to manage it and support self-regulation.

You can choose which videos and resources to use to suit your need and you can also complete and submit a short assessment for each to be issued a digital badge demonstrating your understanding.
